Roll Top Project Bag 009
Roll Top Project Bag 009
Our new Roll Top Project Bag is made from Lochcarron of Scotland upholstery wool and is three bags in one. Created to celebrate Tartan Day on the 6th of April 2002, held in New York City. The tartan depicts the colourings of the streets and buildings of the city, with the green section representing Central Park. The two black stripes are to honour the memory of the twin towers of the World Trade Center, with the blue section recognizing the island of Manhattan surrounded by the Hudson & East rivers.
What makes this bag unique is that the top can be rolled down and adjusted with the attached waxed canvas strap to accommodate a variety of projects. Add the leather strap, and it comes a shoulder bag. Take off the strap and roll it down and it becomes a yarn bowl. The bag is roomy enough to hold your pattern, needles and a medium project. There is n inside pocket. The back has a pocket. It is lined in our naturally dyed duck cloth. There are two snaps on the top.
